1. What Gamedexy is

Gamedexy is a research and reference library of mobile-game interface screenshots and player flows, provided for design research, education, and commentary. A free plan is available with limited depth, and a paid Pro subscription unlocks complete flows, the full library, and unrestricted search. The service is provided as-is and may change or be interrupted at any time.

2. Your account

You're responsible for your account credentials and for what happens under your account. One person per account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (scraping, automated bulk download, reselling content, attempting to breach access limits).

3. Subscriptions and billing

Gamedexy Pro is $9.99 per month or $99 per year. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically at the listed price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so you keep Pro access until then. There is no free trial. Prices may change with notice, and a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

4. Content and intellectual property

Screenshots in the library depict games owned by their respective publishers; all trademarks and copyrights in the underlying games belong to their owners. Gamedexy shows this material for reference and research purposes with attribution. You may use the library for your own research and internal reference. You may not bulk-export, redistribute, or resell library content.

Content owners can request removal at any time via our content removal page; see section 6.

5. Your content

Collections and notes you create remain yours. If you make a collection public, anyone with the link can view it.

6. Acceptable use

No scraping, automated harvesting, rate-limit evasion, security probing, or use of the service to build a competing screenshot library.

7. Takedowns

We respond to removal requests from rights holders. Verified requests result in the content being unpublished promptly.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gamedexy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to account holders by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
